Exchange or Return Deadline:

The deadline for exchange or return is 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs:

SmartWayMl only bears the shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange due to a defect in the product. If the reason is regret, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return their item and also the shipping costs for the new item chosen.


After receiving the returned item(s), we have a period of up to 5 (five) business days to resolve the case. The deadline for receiving the new item will vary according to each case and the customer's location. The refund period depends on the payment method used. If it was on a credit card, the refund may take up to two invoices to be made. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator. Attention:

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And without receiving the product, we are unable to proceed with the exchange or refund.
